HM-S series friction material drying tunnel is a special equipment for disc type ablation machine. The product can be connected with grinding machine, shot blasting machine and spray coating line to realize continuous and uninterrupted automatic production of disc.
Before ablation, the brake pad’s surface is in the original state,meaning the friction is uneven when car’s braking, and the coefficient of friction is big, which means it’s easy to produce vibration and noise, and this would seriously influence customer’s usage experience during the process of braking.
The special ablation machine of our company is a perfect solution for this problem. The machine will have brake pads go through the process of high temperature ablation, and then vibration and noise in the braking process will be gone.The initial surface of braking pads is carbonized, so friction is even and braking is smooth, comfortable and without noise.
