HM - P series friction material drying tunnel is a special equipment for disc electrostatic powder spraying production line, this series of products is produced in full automatic continuous uninterrupted production line supported by our company's advanced patented technology.It has many advantages, for instance, spray on product’s surface is evenly distributed, good performance in heat preservation, good temperature uniformity in working chamber, smooth transition, compact structure, good appearance, safe and reliable, low operation cost, etc.

2. For powder spraying transmission and transition we adopted multiple advanced patented technologies (patent no. ZL2014 2 0750680.4, ZL2014 2 0750832.0), therefore spraying is uniform and transition is smooth;
3. The cooling line adopts an advanced cooling patented technology (patent no. ZL2014 2 0750904.1). The product cools rapidly and the heat exchange is concentrated to emit so as to reduce the influence of the heat on the workshop environment;
4. High voltage pulse recovery, high utilization rate of recycled powder by spraying;
5. The assembly line from on-line to off-line of finished products can realize automatic production according to requirements.
