HM-L/V/D series friction material curing furnace

Application

HM - L/D/V series friction material curing furnace is a specialized production equipment that combined domestic and foreign advanced technology.Its research and development are based on the characteristics of production process of disk piece, drum piece and clutch facing. 

According to their different ways of wind circulation, this series can be divided into level air curing furnace (HM/L) and vertical air curing furnace (HM/V) and the air supply from both sides curing furnace (HM/D), all enterprises can choose curing furnace with different hot air circulation way according to different products and different ways of display,which is first-class at home and abroad and can achieve high indoor temperature uniformity and good curing effect.

Performance

Security:The surface is low load wound-type electric heating tube, so the surface temperature is less than 350 ℃, which eliminates combustion and explosion hazards;

 Large air volume and strong exhaust ventilation keeps the concentration of dangerous gas inside the oven always in a safe range;

Safety relief door can reduce the loss to the minimum when the accident happened.

Energy saving:Thermal insulation material: High quality aluminum silicate cotton insulation surface temperature is at most 10 ℃ higher than indoor temperature.


Quality Assurance

The temperature uniformity is enhanced to be within ±3℃ range to ensure the quality.

Control System

Configuration software, computer distributed control, PLC touch screen control and no paper recording.
