HG-S series mutual inductor tunneling furnace is a fully automatic vacuum drying, mold preheating, primary curing and secondary curing tunneling furnace independently developed, designed and produced by our company, suitable for curing epoxy resin of transformer and preheating (predrying) of coil and mould.This series of products is producted in a continuous uninterrupted automatic way through the workpiece pallet, it has compact structure and beautiful appearance, and it’s safe and reliable with low operating costs as well. With good temperature uniformity and unique hot air circulation mode, it can be applied to the mutual inductor curing requirements of different processes.
1. Proper hot-air circulation mode chosen according to the way the products are placed on the pallet, so as to make the temperature in the furnace more uniform and the curing (drying) effect more remarkable;
2, With advanced electric control and intelligent temperature control instrument, heating and transmission process can be set up according to the different tunnel furnace process, the operation is simple, performance is reliable.Optional configuration software, computer collecting and distributing control, PLC touch screen control, field visualization, mobile remote access and other more advanced automatic control operation can be set according to specific need.
3. Thermal insulated High quality aluminum silicate cotton with low thermal conductivity and unique insulation cotton filling method ensure the insulation performance of the curing furnace and thus achieve the purpose of energy saving;
4. The computer management software of multiple tunnel furnaces can properly monitor and manage the practical application on site, so as to further achieve energy saving and improve production efficiency;
5. Advanced transportation patented technology (patent no. ZL201520766703.5)is adopted in our product, pallet is transported cycle-based, and pallet positioning is accurate and reliable.
