DCS distributed control system is composed of intelligent instrument and upper unit, so it has centralized management and decentralized control. Control and data acquisition are completed by the lower computer , the upper computer is responsible for real-time monitoring and recording the whole process and printing historic data, and it has complete control over each lower computer(temperature controller).
1.Temperature display and storage of multiple ovens;
2. It enables the computer to achieve all the functions of multiple major control instrument and temperature alarm instrument, such as setting a given value, setting parameters, start/stop program, program modification, etc.
3.Automatically recording the temperature value of the drying process.
4.Printing the historical temperature recorded by the computer.
